At Authentic Farm House, we take great care in packing and delivering our products so that they reach you safely, fresh, and in good condition. This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how we process and deliver orders placed through our website.

1. Delivery Locations

We currently provide delivery services across India, subject to courier service availability for the customer’s PIN code.

Delivery availability will be confirmed based on the shipping address provided during checkout.

At present, international shipping may not be available for all products or locations. Customers may contact us before placing an international order to confirm availability.

2. Order Processing

Once an order is successfully placed and payment is confirmed, we generally process and prepare the order within 1–2 business days.

Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays may be processed on the next working day.

Processing time may take longer during:

3. Delivery Time

After dispatch, orders are generally delivered within 3–7 business days, depending on the destination, courier service, and PIN code.

Delivery to remote areas may require additional time.

The estimated delivery time is only an indication and may vary due to circumstances beyond our control, including weather conditions, transportation delays, courier operational issues, natural calamities, or other unforeseen events.

4. Shipping Charges

Applicable shipping charges will be calculated and displayed during the checkout process before the customer completes the payment.

From time to time, Authentic Farm House may offer free shipping or promotional shipping rates on selected orders or during promotional periods.

Any applicable shipping charge will be clearly displayed at checkout.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details may be shared through the contact information provided at the time of ordering.

Customers can use the tracking information provided by the courier partner to check the delivery status of their order.

6. Packaging

We take reasonable care to ensure that all products are properly packed before dispatch.

Our products are packed securely to help protect them from damage, leakage, moisture, and contamination during transportation.

However, minor external damage to packaging may occasionally occur during transit.

7. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate:

Authentic Farm House will not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect, incomplete, or inaccurate address or contact information provided by the customer.

If an order is returned because of an incorrect address or repeated failed delivery attempts, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.

8. Failed Delivery

Our courier partner may make multiple delivery attempts if the recipient is unavailable.

If the order cannot be delivered because the recipient is unavailable, refuses delivery, or the address is incorrect/incomplete, the shipment may be returned to us.

Customers may be required to pay applicable re-shipping charges if they request the order to be dispatched again.

9. Delayed Delivery

Although we aim to deliver orders within the estimated delivery period, delivery delays can occasionally occur due to circumstances outside our control.
